Abstract: In this report the errors of the measurement phase shift between the harmonic signals using binary sampling are analyzed. The main source of errors in such measurementі is the inequality of signal amplitudes. We determined four methods of measuring the phase shift whose we are considering here. The mathematical models of additive errors for various methods were determined and a their comparative analysis is carried out. The graphs of dependences of errors on amplitudes inequality are constructed. The method that provides the least error is determined.
