Abstract: The paper analyzes the problem of student mobility within the dialogue of cultures and Education in Bashkortostan in the development of evaluation UNESCO centre in the structure of modern pedagogical university, theory and technology of social mobility in higher education. Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmullah is working to coordinate the UNESCO movement in universities and schools of Bashkortostan and the development of mechanisms for integration social and educational activities. The focus is on border-crossing cultural research in social mobility, globally open to students and youth from all areas in the large field of global education.
