Управління диверсифікаційно-інтеграційним розвитком підприємств в умовах неотехнологічного відтворення

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена розробці теоретико-методологічних, концептуальних засад і методичних положень управління диверсифікаційноінтеграційним розвитком підприємств в умовах неотехнологічного відтворення. Розглянуто теоретико-методичні та методологічні основи управління диверсифікаційно-інтеграційним розвитком підприємств в умовах неотехнологічних відтворення. Запропоновано аналітичне підґрунтя, діагностичний апарат оцінювання стану та ресурсних можливостей підприємств в ракурсі доцільності застосування диверсифікації та інтеграції, як прогресивних форм розвитку, та обґрунтовано доцільність розробки організаційноекономічного забезпечення процесу формування та реалізації комплексної стратегії його управлінням. Розроблено каузально-детермінований механізм та концептуальну парадигму управління диверсифікаційно-інтеграційним розвитком машинобудівних підприємств в умовах неотехнологічного відтворення. Диссертация посвящена разработке теоретико-методологических, концептуальных основ и методических положений управления диверсификационно-интеграционным развитием предприятий в условиях неотехнологического воспроизведения. Рассмотрены теоретико-методические и методологические основы управления диверсификационно-интеграционным развитием предприятий в условиях неотехнологического воспроизведения. Предложено аналитическую основу, диагностический аппарат оценки состояния и ресурсных возможностей предприятий в ракурсе целесообразности применения диверсификации и интеграции, как прогрессивных форм, развития и обоснована целесообразность разработки организационно-экономического обеспечения процесса формирования и реализации комплексной стратегии его управлением. Разработан каузально-детерминированный механизм и концептуальную парадигму управления диверсификационно-интеграционным развитием машиностроительных предприятий в условиях неотехнологического воспроизведения. The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological, conceptual bases and methodical provisions of management of diversification and integration development of enterprises in conditions of neotechnological reprocessing. The relevance of the subject of the thesis, the connection of the thesis with scientific programs, plans, research subjects of the university, the purpose, objectives, the object, the subject and methods of research have been determined, the scientific novelty and practical significance of the obtained results have been found out, the information about approbation has been given. To achieve the established purpose and to accomplish the indicated goals, the author has applied a set of general research methods and tools: a system approach, a method of theoretical generalization, a method of historical and economic analysis, classification and grouping, competitive analysis and a graphical method, analogy, formalization, factor analysis, a theory of effective competition and integral method, abstraction and logical analysis, decomposition, structural and logical analysis, analysis and synthesis, and fractal analysis. Within the framework of theoretical substantiation the dominant role of diversification and integration processes for effective development of enterprises in the conditions of neotechnological reprocessing has been considered, economic preconditions and necessity of management of diversification and integration development of enterprises have been investigated, practicability of application of hybrid growth as strategic orientation of diversification and integration development of the enterprise on the basis of rationalization of organizational and production structure has been proved, substantiation of the need to use as a consolidated basis a combination of diversification and integration of the synergy effect to ensure productive interrelations between business units of the enterprise. In the aspect of research the methodological basis of management of diversification and integration development of enterprises in conditions of neotechnological reprocessing has been formed, methods of management in the context of its basic functions within system of maintenance of process of diversification and integration development of the enterprise have been systematized, the functional basis of ensuring productive interrelations between business units of the enterprise through synchronization of its business processes due to their efficiency has been defined, a multi-model range of assessments of the practicability of integration and diversification in the process of enterprise development has been given. In the process of theoretical and methodological substantiation of the subject research, the scientific and methodical approach of formation of resource providing of business processes of the enterprise on the basis of definition of their integration adaptability has been developed; the process of estimation of efficiency of business processes of the enterprise through their susceptibility has been offered; the diversification convergence of the efficiency of business processes of machine-building enterprises through their resource interdependence has been assessed, which is the basis for the formation of their business units in the strategic aspect of enterprise development in conditions of neotechnological reprocessing, strategic combined scenarios of diversification and integration development of machine-building enterprises have been given, being defined on the alternative basis. It is suggested to form the interaction of participants of enterprises in diversification and integration development through the strategic behavior of their business units on the basis of building a strategically oriented pyramid. A scientific and methodological approach to the formation of active-adaptive synergistic strategic set of the enterprise as a providing management factor of the cyclical process of its diversification and integration development in conditions of neotechnological reprocessing has been developed. The convergent basis for the formation of a comprehensive strategy for managing the diversification and integration development of the enterprise and recommendations for its implementation have been suggested. The scientific and practical basis for generating managerial influences to ensure the diversification and integration vector of development of machine-building enterprises has been developed, on the basis of which the technology of transformation of organizational and economic structure of the enterprise under the influence of diversification and integration processes has been formed. The analysis of fractal properties of the indicator of managerial efficiency has been carried out that promoted accuracy of construction of forecasts of diversification and integration development of the machine-building enterprises of Ukraine. The approach to the formation and outspread of managerial innovations based on cross-functional business processes of the enterprise has been proposed. A causal-determined mechanism has been formed and conceptual bases of management of diversification and integration development of the enterprise in conditions of neotechnological reprocessing have been developed, modeling of behavior of enterprises at diversification and integration development depending on measures on realization of actions of local mechanisms has been carried out. The results obtained in the thesis allowed to solve the scientific problem, i. e. the development and scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodological, conceptual principles, methodological and applied provisions and scientific and practical recommendations for managing the diversification and integration development of enterprises in conditions of neotechnological reprocessing.
