dc.description.abstractmodels of key performance indicators (KPI) and methods for their measurement based on metrics for IT projects are proposed for consideration. Advantages and disadvantages of different KPIs and their applicability for various projects, as well as project implementation methodologies, are analyzed. A comprehensive KPI and metrics model is proposed for IT project team.
