dc.description.abstractSources forming an atmospheric electrical field in a megacity zone are considered; main formulas allowing estimating interrelations of main electricity elements in the atmosphere above a megacities are given; possible mechanisms for disturbances transferred from the lower atmosphere into the ionosphere and ecological aspects are analyzed.
