Abstract: In this paper 3-dimensional, nonlinear model of thermal and electrical processes in resistive superconducting fault current limiter is presented. Implementation of the model was developed with Matlab/Femlab/Simulink environment, that allows to integrate the model to existing CAD system build with Matlab/Simulink.
