Аргументовано вагомість складової інтелектуального капіталу в потенціалі підприємств будівельної галузі. Розкрито суть теоретико-методичних підходів щодо оцінювання інтелектуального капіталу будівельних підприємств, методи та показники його оцінювання. Сформульовано окремі аспекти розвитку теоретико-методичних підходів до оцінювання величини інтелектуального капіталу будівельних підприємств.
