Важность эффективности судебного разбирательства для действования правосудия в Польше

Abstract

Обобщенно содержательное наполнение терминологического аппарата относительно различных сфер деятельности, акцентировано на важности содержания и сущности эффективной деятельности органов судебной системы. Приведены результаты исследования разбирательств в судебной системе Польши, оценена эффективность ее функционирования в целом и отдельных судебных производств. Систематизированы европейские и международные подходы к оценке эффективности функционирования систем правосудия в контексте с оценочной методике, используемой в польской практике. Проанализированы организационную структуру и состав расходов польской судебной системы и сделаны выводы о структурной эффективности. Обосновано выводы о том, что эффективное правосудие является необходимым условием для социального и экономического прогресса; отмечено низкую эффективность судебного разбирательства в Польше, в связи с тем, что процедуры не реализуют целей, для которых они созданы, приводя к высоким затратам бюджета и экономики. Analyzed the organizational structure and the expenses of the Polish judicial system and draw conclusions about the structural efficiency.
