Abstract

Запропоновано класифікацію управлінських рішень за такими ознаками: за суб’єктом прийняття, за особливістю розв’язуваних завдань, за рівнем прийняття, за сферою охоплення, за способом обґрунтування, за рівнем централізації, за цілеспрямованістю, за ступенем новизни, за характером, за наслідками впливу, за тривалістю дії, за ступенем складності, за частотою повторення. Проаналізовано підходи до процесу прийняття управлінських рішень. The classification of management decision has been offered after the next characteristics: after the subject of making, after specific of decided tasks, after the level of making, after the sphere of including, after the method of substantiation, after the level of centralization, after objectives, after the degree of novelty, after the character, after results of influence, after durability of acts, after the degree of complication, after the frequency of reviewing. The approaches to the process of making management decisions have been analyzed in the article.
